Los intereses de los documentos de crédito y de las cédulas del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario que el contratista dé en garantía serán cobrados por éste, a menos que el Gobierno le haya ordenado al Banco de la República la retención en el caso previsto en el inciso 4º del articulo 11 de la ley. Cuando haya recibido esa orden el Banco dará cumplimiento a la citada disposición de la ley.
