º. Bajo la inmediata vigilancia y responsabilidad de los Proveedores-figurarán los agentes -de compras, Sub alma celtistas y encargados del transporte de víveres. Dichos agentes de compras pueden ser empleados especiales nombrados al efecto o personas que, bajo la responsabilidad de los Proveedores, hagan las compras de víveres, en pequeña escala. En todo caso, el número y asignaciones de les empleados mencionados los fijará el Ingeniero Jefe de la obra.
