REMISIONES. Las remisiones a otras regionales o a los hospitales o clínicas de tercer nivel que pertenecen al SMP, deben obedecer a capacidad insuficiente e imposibilidad de contratación con entes privados o públicos, localizados en la misma regional, excepto en los casos de urgencia debidamente comprobados.
