Los recursos de apelación contra las sentencias definitivas dictadas por los Jueces de Circuito serán decididas en sala de los dos Magistrados, y en caso de desacuerdo entre ellos, se sortearan el respectivo Conjuez.

Es aplicable á este Tribunal lo dispuesto en el artículo 88 de la Ley 147 de 1888 .
