º Determinación de la planta . La planta de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, será fijada anualmente por el Gobierno Nacional, con base en las necesidades de la Institución. El Gobierno fijará la planta que debe regir para el año siguiente antes del 30 de marzo de cada año y cuando no lo hiciere, continuará rigiendo la que se encuentre vigente.
