Contra la Resolución podrá recurrir el Notario interesado, en reposición ante el propio Superintendente y en apelación en el efecto suspensivo para ante la Junta de la Superintendencia, en escrito presentado dentro del término de la ejecutoria de aquella. La Resolución absolutoria se consultará con la Junta.
