Para los efectos de calificar y aceptar las cauciones de que tratan los dos artículos anteriores, la Procuraduría General de la Nación, podrá comisionar a los Gobernadores de Departamento. Con la debida oportunidad se informara sobre la constitución de las cauciones a los funcionarios encargados de posesionar a los jueces. Sin este informe no se podrá dar la posesión, y quien la diere, incurrirá en las responsabilidades correspondientes.
