Entre las facultades que por la presente Ley se confieren al Gobierno queda comprendida la de disponer que los guardacostas que han sido reparados se sitúen permanentemente en los puertos marítimos para el servicio de vigilancia en ellos. Autorízasela al Gobierno para adquirir las lanchas de gasolina necesarias para las visitas de sanidad y servicio del Jefe del puerto y para llevar a cabo la venta de los guardacostas que considere que no son necesarios para el servicio.
