En el mismo auto en que se ordene la práctica de las pruebas solicitadas por los interesados, el Juez dispondrá que se practiquen aquellas que considere conducentes para el esclarecimiento de los hechos. En este caso, también tienen los interesados el derecho que les concede el artículo 448.
