Los que se retiren voluntaria y definitivamente del servicio, y fueren reincorporados dentro de los doce meses siguientes, habiendo recibido auxilio de cesantías, de sus sueldos se les descontará el veinte por ciento (20%) hasta completar el monto de las sumas que hubieren recibido por el citado concepto.
