Las entidades beneficiarias, destinarán el producto de las participaciones e impuestos de que trata el presente Decreto, exclusivamente a gastos de inversión directamente relacionados con obras públicas, educación, salud, desarrollo agropecuario, fomento minero y defensa de los recursos forestales y, en caso de que varíen la destinación perderán por el año siguientes e derecho a tal producto, en beneficio de la Nación.
