°. Condición temporal de amenazado . Se entiende que un educador adquiere la condición temporal de amenazado cuando se presentan hechos reales que, por su sola existencia, implican la alteración del uso de sus derechos a la vida, la libertad, la integridad y la seguridad, entendiéndose razonadamente que la integridad de la persona corre peligro.
