En la preparación de los presupuestos de las Intendencias y Comisarías, con excepción del de la Intendencia Nacional del Chocó, en donde existe un Consejo Administrativo, intervendrá la Junta de Obras Públicas de que trata el articulo 11 de la Ley 96 de 1928 , y la integrará el Auditor Seccional de la Contra loria, si lo hubiere. Dicha Junta desempeñará, además, las otras funciones que señala el artículo citado. Los presupuestos de que se trata deberán ser sometidos, para su validez, a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo.
