Las autoridades de tránsito revisarán periódicamente todos los vehículos, con el fin de verificar su correcto estado mecánico y el de los instrumentos de control y seguridad, y cuando comprueben graves deficiencias mecánicas o de higiene, podrán ordenar la inmovilización del vehículo, hasta que se corrijan.
