El recurso de apelación procede sólo contra las resoluciones que pongan fin a la primera instancia. Podrá interponerse oralmente en la audiencia en que se profiera, en caso de no interponerse el recurso o no interponerse oportunamente, la providencia quedará ejecutoriada.
