Establézcase el día 4 de febrero como el Día Nacional de Lucha contra el Cáncer en Colombia.

El Gobierno Nacional hará público ese día, el Plan Nacional Contra el Cáncer, basados en los postulados de la presente ley y en el Plan Nacional de Salud Pública.
