º Los sueldos del Inspector Administrador y del Tesorero Contador, serán cubiertos mediante la presentación de las nóminas correspondientes, debidamente visadas por el Prefecto de la Provincia del Guavio y por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, por el Cajero Habilitado de la Dirección General de Caminos Nacionales, de manera que dicho Cajero Habilitado deducirá mensualmente de la partida correspondiente a la vía en el Presupuesto vigente, la destinada a cubrir dichos sueldos.
