La vigilancia del cumplimiento del presente Decreto en cuanto se refiere al personal docente, carcelario y penitenciario y diplomático y consular, será ejercido por la entidad nominadora. La del personal de carrera administrativa será de cargo del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
