Responsabilidades del Icetex. El Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior (Icetex) tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades

Ejercer la secretaría técnica de la Junta Administradora de que trata el artículo 2.5.3.4.5.9. del presente decreto.

Garantizar la administración eficiente de los recursos que transfiera el Ministerio de Educación Nacional para la financiación de la beca “Luis Antonio Robles”.

Cumplir a cabalidad las funciones establecidas por la Junta Administradora y todas aquellas que sean pertinentes para asegurar la óptima operación de las becas “Luis Antonio Robles”.
