La ordenación del gasto de los recursos del Fondo de Salvamento y Garantías para el Sector Salud (Fonsaet) estará a cargo de la Dirección de Administración de Fondos de la Protección Social del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, previa delegación, conforme a lo dispuesto en el numeral 4 del artículo 37 del Decreto-ley 4107 de 2011.
