ARTICULO 2o. De acuerdo con las necesidades que tenga el Gobierno Nacional para financiar apropiaciones presupuestales, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público determinará la oportunidad y monto de cada una de las emisiones a que haya lugar en desarrollo de la presente autorización.
