° Recibida que sea por la Superintendencia dicha solicitud, esa Oficina se cerciorará por cualesquiera medios de que la empresa tiene la seriedad y responsabilidad necesaria para garantizar los intereses del público, y según el resultado de tal información, autorizará el establecimiento del Almacén o Almacenes Generales, o rechazará la solicitud.
