ARTICULO 6º. En todos los procesos a que se refieren los artículos anteriores la segunda instancia y los recursos extraordinarios de Casación y Revisión se tramitarán ante el Tribunal Superior Militar y ante la Corte Militar de Casación y Revisión, respectivamente.
