Para el reconocimiento de los gastos de transporte de equipaje el funcionario deberá acompañar a su solicitud la siguiente documentación

Relación pormenorizada de los objetos y enseres que componen el equipaje, debidamente visada por el Jefe de la Sección de Personal, cuando el funcionario salga del país, o por el Cónsul colombiano y a falta de éste, por el Cónsul de una nación amiga, cuando el funcionario se encuentre en el exterior.

Fotocopias de la guía aérea, conocimiento de embarque o factura por transporte terrestre.

Autorización con firma legalizada, cuando el reconocimiento no se tramite personalmente.
