Art. 157. Por lo que respecta á la naturaleza de la causa, la competencia de jurisdicción se determina en las disposiciones que detallan las atribuciones de los Tribunales y Juzgados. Dicha jurisdicción es improrrogable, salvo los casos expresamente exceptuados.
