Inhabilidad e incompatibilidad de los miembros de las Juntas Directivas u organismos directivos. Los directores que hacen parte de juntas u organismos directivos, así como los representantes legales y empleados de las entidades estarán sujetos al régimen de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades previsto en los artículos 2° y 7° del Decreto-ley número 973 de 1994, y las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan, así como por las demás disposiciones de orden legal que les sean aplicables de acuerdo con la naturaleza jurídica de la entidad.
