El plan de estudios de la Escuela Militar comprenderá dos cursos: el militar y el general. El primero tendrá una duración de dos años y el segundo una hasta de tres.

Para ingresar al curso militar se requiere el bachillerato de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo anterior; y para ingresar al curso general haber hecho los estudios de las materias correspondientes a los años tercero, cuarto o quinto del bachillerato, según los cuales se ingresara a primero, segundo o tercero del curso general.
