El que sin permiso de autoridad competente o con incumplimiento de la normatividad existente, introduzca, trasplante, manipule, siembre, hibride, comercialice, transporte, mantenga, transforme, experimente, inocule o propague especies silvestres exóticas, invasoras, que pongan en peligro la salud humana, el ambiente o las especies de la biodiversidad colombiana, incurrirá en prisión de cuarenta y ocho (48) a ciento ocho (108) meses y multa de ciento sesenta y siete (167) a dieciocho mil setecientos cincuenta (18.750) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
