ARTICULO 102. Los recursos de la Nación correspondientes a la participación de regalías mineras de que trata la Ley 75 de 1986 y en especial las provenientes de hidrocarburos de liquidaciones efectuadas por Ecopetrol deberán ser giradas periódicamente a la Tesorería General de la República a más tardar al mes siguiente de su causación.
