Las acciones no suscritas en el acto de constitución y las que emita posteriormente la sociedad serán colocadas de acuerdo con el reglamento de suscripción.
Con excepción de las acciones privilegiadas y de goce, a falta de norma estatutaria expresa, corresponderá a la junta directiva aprobar el reglamento de suscripción.
