º. Zona de Régimen aduanero especial. El régimen aduanero especial establecido en este decreto se aplicará exclusivamente a las mercancías que se importen por el Puerto de Leticia, el Aeropuerto Internacional Vásquez Cobo y el paso de frontera entre Brasil y Colombia sobre la Avenida Internacional, en el departamento del Amazonas, para consumo o utilización en el perímetro del municipio de Leticia.
