EL Municipio de Florencia podrá expropiar los motivos de utilidad pública los predios suburbanos que sean necesarios para construir los barrios populares devastados en zonas planas y de fácil urbanización. Para este tipo de expropiaciones regirán las normas consagradas por la Ley 20 de 1959 .
