En armonía con lo dispuesto en el artículo 6o. de la ley 11 de 1926, cada vez que el gobierno nacional pague a alguna de la entidades nombradas la subvención correspondiente a una vía que haya recibido auxilios nacionales fuera de dicha subvención, se descontara del total de esta el valor de esos auxilios.
