Articulo 22. Todo cargamento que entre a la Zona Franca podra ser pesado a juicio de la Gerencia o por solicitud del consignatario en cuyo caso se dejara la debida constancia del peso registrado. En todos los caso de repeso el valor de la operacion sera por cuenta del consignatario o del dueño del cargamento.
