La entrega de los recursos de la Cuenta de Alto Costo se hará el último día hábil del mes respectivo a partir de la publicación de los resultados del mecanismo de distribución de que trata el artículo 4° del presente decreto, en proporción a la disponibilidad en la Tesorería de la Cuenta de Alto Costo.
