La calidad de abogado se probará con copia del acta de grado o del título y certificación sobre su reconocimiento oficial, o con la tarjeta de inscripción profesional. El ejercicio de la abogacía se podrá acreditar con el desempeño habitual de cualesquiera actividades jurídicas, tanto independientes, como subordinadas, en cargo público o privado.
