El asegurador no será responsable por filtración, rotura, uso o desgaste ordinarios, ni por vicio propio o de la naturaleza de la cosa asegurada, ni por pérdida que tenga su causa en la acción de roedores, insectos y gusanos, ni por daños de la maquinaria que no tengan su causa en peligros marítimos.
