De los Departamentos de Seguridad. Toda solicitud de trámites inherentes a los departamentos de seguridad, tales como: Concepto para adquisición o cesión de armas de fuego, revalidación de permisos, cambio de tenencia a porte, carnetización, que se dirija ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada, deberá efectuarse por la persona natural en cuyo favor se otorga la licencia, por el representante legal de las personas jurídicas o quienes hagan sus veces, por sus apoderados.
