Art. 80. Las declaraciones de los facultativos sobre los hechos que están sujetos a los sentidos y sobre los que según su profesión expongan con seguridad, como consecuencia de aquellos hechos y de los principios inconclusos de la ciencia, forman plena prueba; pero lo que digan según lo que presuman, no formara sino una prueba de indicios más o menos fuerte según fuera mayor o menor la pericia De los que declaren y el grado de certidumbres con que depongan
