La Vigilancia E Inspección Fiscal De Los Fondos Y Bienes Del Instituto Nacional De Fomento Municipal, Serán Ejercidas Por Un Revisor Fiscal Que Será Designado Por El Contralor General De La República

La vigilancia e inspección fiscal de los fondos y bienes del Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal, serán ejercidas por un Revisor Fiscal que será designado por el Contralor General de la República. El sueldo de dicho funcionario será pagado por el Instituto. El personal subalterno estrictamente necesario para el normal funcionamiento de la Revisoría Fiscal, será creado con sujeción al

Parágrafo

c), artículo 23 de este Decreto, y las respectivas asignaciones serán pagadas con fondos del Instituto. El Revisor Fiscal tendrá el nombramiento y remoción de su personal subalterno.
