A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones legales vigentes a la Red de Solidaridad Social y a la Agencia Colombiana de Cooperación Internacional, deben entenderse referidas a la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional, Acción Social.
