De los productos de la pesca deshidratados . Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por productos de la pesca deshidratados los que después de la pesca o captura son sometidos a deshidratación profunda, previa escamación y evisceración. El producto terminado no debe contener más del diez por ciento (10%) de humedad.
