Decreto 759 de 1966 · Por el cual se crea un Fondo de Fomento de Servicios Docentes en los establecimientos nacionales de educación.

El Fondo de Fomento de Servicios Docentes de que trata el Artículo anterior estará integrado en cada establecimiento así:

Por los fondos reservados que existan en las Pagadurías de los planteles educativos al entrar en vigencia este Decreto.

Por el valor de los derechos de matrículas y pensiones.

Por los ingresos que se obtengan con la venta de bienes muebles tales como cosechas, semovientes y artículos manufacturados y de artesanías, etc.

Por los auxilios de los Gobiernos Departamental y Municipal que no tengan destinación específica, y

Por las donaciones que hagan al Fondo las personas naturales o jurídicas.
