Pérdida del derecho. La estabilidad laboral a la que hace referencia este capítulo cesará cuando se constate que el exempleado ya no hace parte del grupo de personas beneficiarias de la protección especial. En todo caso, la estabilidad laboral cesará una vez finalice el proceso de supresión o liquidación.
