Art. 23. Los Capitanes o dueños de buques de vapor no son responsables por los daños causados a las embarcaciones menores por el oleaje producido por las aguas a consecuencia de la marcha de dichos buques; pero si lo son del hecho de pasar por ojo a tales embarcaciones menores, cuando esto ocurra por neglijeiicia o inhabilidad del Capitán o del práctico.
