Artículo doce. En caso de inexactitud de los documentos requeridos para su tramitación o cobro extralegal por la gestión respectiva, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio impondrá multas de cinco mil pesos ( $ 5.000.00 ) a veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00 ), a quien resultare responsable.
