" ARTICULO 30.

"Las partes contratantes se comunicarán mutuamente, por conducto del Secretario General de la Sociedad de las Naciones, si no lo hubieren hecho, sus leyes y reglamentos concernientes a las materias de que trata la presente Convención, lo mismo que las leyes y reglamentos que dictaren para ponerla en aplicación.
