Auxíliase al Congreso Nacional de la Música que debe celebrarse en la capital del Departamento del Tolima, en el mes de enero próximo, con la cantidad de ocho mil pesos ($ 8,000). PARAGRAFO. El Gobierno queda autorizado expresamente para hacer dentro del actual Presupuesto el traslado o los traslados que sean necesarios para dar cumplimiento a lo que se dispone en este artículo.
