Abrese a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso, los siguientes créditos extraordinarios que se imputaran así:

MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PÚBLICAS

Edificios nacionales.

Artículo 673 bis. Para dar cumplimiento al artículo 1º de la Ley 23 de 1924 , hasta. $ 200.000

MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO

Congreso Nacional.

Artículo 3º bis. Para pagar los gastos de dos Senadores y dos Representantes que concurran a la Conferencia de la Unión Interparlamentaria, que habrá de reunirse en Washington el 1o. del mes entrante 20.000
