Para poder tomar posesión de cualquier cargo oficial cuyo desempeño demande conocimientos de las áreas de Ingeniería Pesquera, la persona nombrada deberá presentar ante el funcionario a quien corresponda darle posesión su matrícula profesional expedida por el C.P.I.P. En el Acta de posesión se dejará constancia del número de dicha matrícula profesional.
